When I served in the army, and I served in Czechoslovakia as a ZIL-130 driver, I was driving with a senior car officer, a lieutenant colonel, a fat man with a big belly, early in the morning on regular official business. An ensign was running along the road, doing his morning jog. The lieutenant colonel looked at him and said: "This is a fool." On my question "why?" he answered: "A sick person won't run, and a healthy person doesn't need it. So, A FOOL".
