Cornharvesters OptiCorn - these are row harvesters with ashredder. The shredder is installed in the middle of the channel, which allows to grind the residues immediately when the stems enter the channel. Shredded residues do not exceed 6-8 cm. Working speed: 6-7 km/h. The stalk chopper chops and scatters both stalks and inter-row weeds on the field. The auger is protected from overloading with the help of a friction clutch, and the channels are protected from overloading in rows with safety clutches. An electromechanical rail is installed on the header to adjust the clearance on the bed. The simplicity of the drive design ensures ease of maintenance, and the mounted couplings ensure reliability in operation.
