This happened to my English teacher, only from the institute and, by the way, quite nothing herself. She buys cigarettes at the stall (More) and, therefore, speaks according to all the rules of English transcription:
- Give me "Mo" cigarettes.

- Mo.
Seller: ??????
- Well, here it is. It shows.
Seller:
- Girl, these cigarettes are called SEA.
