Movie glitch?
The series "Soldiers". The first series.

New recruits are taken to the place of duty in a bus, and it stalls on the way.(//tractor-service.com)
SeniorOi (by rank) sends two specialists to sort it out.
After some time:
- Well, what's there?
- The starter is rubbish.

Well, tell me, why does a bus (and not only) need a starter while driving?!
