Ultraviolet matrix, LED, LED 395-400nm50W/220V with thermal control, Chernivtsi region.

Newspectrum phytomatrix on a thickened substrate with a power of 50W/220V with thermal control With thermal paste 395-400 nm (ultraviolet)
Thermal control controls the temperature and when critical temperatures are reached, the voltage starts to decrease and the chip cools itself. Thanks to this innovation, the effective service life of the lighting element has been increased to 50,000 hours.

Application:

1. 3D printing with ultraviolet processing

2. Hardening of the printed circuit board

3. Curing of UV ink

4. Strengthening of less hard glue

5. Hardening of glue based on epoxy resin

6. UV curing of glue

7. Hardening of OCA glue

8. Solidification of UV paints, varnishes

9. Fluorescent detection of cracks

10. Hardening of photosensitive resin, polymerization of linseedoil (//tractor-service.com)

11. Medical use

12. Application at children's parties, discos, bars, body art, aquariums...

13. Inspection of money, securities, and other protected documents

14. For domestic animals, primarily exotic ones

15. For plants

The size of the mounting holes, on all types of matrices, is 34 mm by 34 mm
Thermal paste included.
Effective service life of the lighting element, 50,000 hours
Attention: the matrix heats up, to extend the service life, it is recommended to add a radiator on thermal paste, with a cooler, to dissipate heat. You can also install a spotlight on the radiator in the LED. You can also use radiators and coolers from old computers for cooling.
When connecting, protect your eyes, the brightness is like that of an electric welding machine!!!
