E-Chat and BAS exchange module, Kyiv

E-Chat and BAS exchange module
Messages from different messengers — and complete chaos?
Viber separately
Telegram separately
Prom / Rozetka separately
managers get lost
customers are waiting
applications are lost
The solution is the e-chat module + BAS
All messages in one place - right in your account system

What it gives:
✔️ all messengers in one window
✔️ full history of correspondence
✔️ distribution of chats between managers
✔️ answer control
✔️ integration with the client base

How it works:
The client writes to any messenger →
message immediately in BAS
The manager answers →(//tractor-service.com)
everything is stored in the system
No switching between tabs ✔️

⚠️ Without it:
lost messages
slow responses
dissatisfied customers

With e-chat:
fast communication
order in appeals
control of managers' work
more sales

Ideal for:
online stores
of sales through messengers
businesses with a large flow of applications
