Mastic is used for sealing joints, seams and adjoined roofs. Bitumen-rubber mastic Rezaplast (TU 21-27-105-83) is a multicomponent homogeneous mass consisting of rubber crumb, bitumen (roofing or road), polymer materials (butyl rubber, synthetic rubber, polyisobutylene) and plasticizer.

Application: Mastic is used for sealing joints, seams and adjoined roofs.

The mastic is placed on a dry base, cleaned of dust and primed with a solution of rezaplast or bitumen BC 90/30 ingasoline in a ratio of 1:1. After the primer has dried (it shouldn't stick when mowing), a mastic layer is applied. Before applying the mastic, it is heated in a sealer to 50...60 C and injected into the seams through the forming nozzle into the seam cavity.
