   Middle-ripe leafy variety (59–62 days from germination to picking greens). The rosette is large, 23–25 cm high, forms up to 20 leaves. The leaves are dark green, large, very fragrant, grow well after cutting. The rhizome overwinters well in the soil and quickly produces fresh greens in early spring. It is recommended for consumption in fresh, dried and canned form. Leaves are collected periodically, as needed.
