   The most common table variety beetroot Medium-ripe, from germination to harvesting — 100-110 days. Forms rounded, very beautiful root crops with a smooth skin and a small rosette of leaves, weighing 175-187 g. The pulp is dark red, has a delicate structure and high taste qualities. Gives very high yields. Resistant to shooting. They are used fresh, for processing, and collecting bundled products. The main purpose is long-term storage. Heat-loving culture, prefers loamy and sandy soils rich in organic matter. Best predecessors: cabbage,tomatoes, cucumbers andearly potatoes. They are sown in April-May to a depth of 2-4 cm, in rows, with a distance between rows of 30 cm. They are harvested for storage in mid-September.
