Why is your old transporter running on wear and tear?
The stoppage of the TSN-160B transporter in the middle of the season is not just a breakdown, it is a loss of profit due to idle livestock and huge costs for emergency repairs. The most common problem of the horizontal section is a broken chain or worn scrapers. We offer a solution that will extend the life of your equipment and save your budget.

Conveyor manure removal horizontal TSN-160B (manure removal) is a set of main moving elements for repairing the horizontal part of the scraper conveyor. This is not just a spare part, but your investment in the uninterrupted operation of the farm. Buy quality components now, you forget about unplanned downtime for years.

Composition and construction
The package may vary depending on your needs (from partial repair to full replacement), but the standard repair kit includes:

Scraper chain (round link / anchor): The main element. It is made of calibrated, heat-treated steel bar 23G2A (size 14x80 mm). High hardness (30 HRC, 8th strength class). Tensile strength reaches 24 tons! This guarantees that the chain will withstand the heaviest loads.

Metal scrapers: Made of a strong corner profile 50x50 mm.

Brackets and fasteners: Metal-rolled steel (St3) with a protective coating, resistant to corrosion.

Delivery options:

Only a chain with scrapers (for replacing a worn canvas).

Chain + brackets + links (for overhaul).

Complete repair kit: chain (160 m), scrapers, bolts, nuts, washers - everything you need for a complete renewal of a horizontal conveyor.

Design features of TSN-160B
In our modification, we took into account the wishes of mechanics:

Floating fixation: The scrapers have a floating fixation on the side of the chain (attached to the bracket with one bolt through a spacer sleeve). This reduces the load during distortions.

Alternative attachment: It is possible to rigidly fix scrapers on the side of the chain to one piece of hardware - the choice is yours, depending on the type of your conveyor.
