Are you familiar with the problem of frequent chain breaks and deformation of scrapers, leading to downtime of the entire household? We offer a solution that works for years without complaints.

The TSN-160B conveyor is a kit for the repair and assembly of a horizontal chain conveyor, which is the "heart" of the cleaning system for livestock premises. We deliver products directly from the manufacturer, which guarantees high quality and allows us to keep the price significantly below the average market price.

Our product fully complies with GOST and TU U. The main catalog number for the order is KSG-7-05.

What does our kit consist of?
Depending on your needs, we offer various configurations: from a repair kit to a complete assembly. A typical composition includes:

Scraper chain (round link / anchor chain): Made of calibrated, heat-treated steel grade 23G2A. The size of the link is 14*80 mm. Hardness 30 HRC (8th strength class), which provides resistance to abrasion and high breaking loads (up to 24 tons).

Metal scrapers: made of a strong corner profile 50x50 mm (St3 steel or similar).

Brackets and fasteners: All hardware (bolts, nuts, washers) made of structural steel with a protective coating against corrosion.(//tractor-service.com)

In the TSN-160B conveyor, it is possible to fix scrapers on the side of the chain with one bolt, as well as floating fixing with the use of a spacer sleeve - specify the desired configuration when ordering.
