Item type:
Transporter TSN-3B | The L-160m horizontal chain is a ready-made repair kit (traction circuit) for the restoration of the TSN-3B scraper conveyor (manure removal system). The kit is completely ready for installation and includes all the necessary elements: a chain with plates, axles and fixed scrapers.

Detailed description:
We present to your attention a high-quality horizontal chain for the TSN-3B conveyor (160 meters long) from the direct manufacturer. If your equipment can no longer cope with the load, the chain is worn or broken - you do not need to change the entire conveyor. It is enough to buy this repair kit to return the equipment to its former power and reliability. This chain is the "heart" of the horizontal manure removal system, ensuring uninterrupted movement of scrapers along the channel.

The product fully corresponds to the catalog number KSG-3B and is manufactured in accordance with TU U 28.3-40253905-001:2018 and the current GOST. This guarantees the exact coincidence of seats and geometric dimensions with the original TSN-3B units.

The repair kit No. 10 (L-160m) includes the following components with decoding of catalog numbers:

Horizontal chain (traction circuit): The main bearing element.

Bar without latch (TSH.00.496): Chain link.

Bar with latch (ТСН.00.531): A chain link with a position latch.

Axis / finger (ТСН.00.611): Connecting element of links. 164

Скребок (ТСН.00.755) : Элемент для захвата и перемещения навоза.

Bracket (fastener) : (TSH.00.599, TSH.01.595)

Horizontal drive sprocket (ТСН.00.144): Optional, specify when ordering.

Production technology and advantages:
We know how important reliability is in farming, so we only use high-quality metal:

Chain plates are made from a hot-rolled strip of grade 5ps steel with an increased carbon content for maximum tensile strength.

Axes (fingers) are made of grade 45 steel and undergo heat treatment. This significantly increases the service life of the node and reduces the risk of a circuit break during operation.

The scrapers are made of hot-rolled angle 50x50 mm with a wall thickness of 4 mm - they do not bend or deform when the manure freezes.

Stars (if necessary) are cut from sheet steel 25 mm thick.
