Product description:

Tired of constantly cooking the circuit in the middle of the working day? Are you looking for a reliable TSN-3B manure removal conveyor that will withstand the load and will not fail at the most inopportune moment? We offerbuy a manure removal conveyor TSN-3B (KSG-3B) directly from the manufacturer. This is not just equipment, but a profitable investment in the stability of your farm, because high-quality manure removal is the key to livestock health.

We understand how important it is for equipment to work flawlessly, so all products are manufactured according to TU У 28.3-40253905-001:2018 according to DSTU, which guarantees the perfect geometry of each part and compatibility with your equipment.

✅ Type of part and complete set:
Horizontal manure removal conveyor (repair kit) TSN-3B / KSG-3B is a set of parts for repairing the chain scraper circuit. It consists of plates, axles, brackets and scrapers that form the traction part of the equipment. It is used to restore the performance of the conveyor without a complete replacement, ensuring the reliable removal of manure inside the farm channel.

Materials and reinforced construction:

TSN.3B chain plates: Hot-rolled strip of grade 5ps steel (with increased carbon content) — provides a margin of tensile strength.

Axles / fingers (TSN.00.611): Made of grade 45 steel with mandatory heat treatment. This is a fundamental point: heat-treated axles, unlike "raw", significantly increase the service life of the entire traction circuit and prevent premature wear.

Scrapers (TSH.00.755): Made from a hot-rolled corner 4 mm thick with a 50x50 mm shelf. Such a design is resistant to deformations and effectively captures mass.

Drive sprockets (horizontal TSN.00.144): Made of thick rolled sheet (25 mm), which guarantees durability even with intensive use.
