The FIELLDAY cultivator is universal and is used for pre-sowing cultivation, placing plant residues in the soil and continuous processing of steam. This cultivator provides complete soil preparation for sowing in just one pass through the field!

This cultivator is equipped with Bellota racks (Spain) with the possibility of adjusting the angle of attack and safety springs with adjustable rigidity. This type of racks is recommended for use on heavy, wet soil. Thanks to the protective spring mechanism, the racks are easily adapted to different types of soil and do not break under critical loads! The working bodies on this model are arranged evenly in a staggered order in three rows with a distance between the racks of 705 mm. This arrangement of the racks provides an impeccable effect of loosening and mixing the soil, while preventing it from getting clogged with weeds and plant residues!

The cultivator of continuous tillage FIELLDAY performs the following operations:
Cleaning steam from weeds with trimming and combing their roots,
Loosening of the soil without circulation of the layer and laying of plant residues ,
Crushing lumps of earth and leveling the soil with a rake with spring teeth.
Compaction and formation of the ideal structure of the surface layer of the soil by rolling rollers to prevent moisture evaporation.

All elements of the cultivator undergo mandatory processing, namely: cleaning, grinding and sandblasting! Before painting, primer and drying with a heat gun is carried out! At the end, all parts are covered with a polyurethane coating and dried in a drying chamber!
