Bituminous-rubber mastic MBR - 43 Ecobit of cold application, intended for protection of the outer surface of steel pipes and heating networks, from corrosion at the temperature of the coolant up to + 150°C, as well as for waterproofing of underground and above-ground structures operated under the influence of groundwater and industrial waters.

Composition:

Cold mastic consists of a mixture of petroleum bitumen, crushed rubber crumb, an organic solvent (TS - 1 or white spirit) and an antiseptic.

Method of use:

Clean the treated surface from dust,oils, rust and other contaminants, as well as free water, snow and ice. The surface should be dried and heated to a temperature above 0°C, after which the bituminous mastic will lay down well and solidify reliably. The material can be applied at a temperature from - 20oC to + 40oC.
