Roof mastic has a number of advantages:
Easy to use. Anyone with minimal knowledge and skills in this field can work with special material. It is not difficult to use the substance. It is enough to lower the brush or roller into the substance and apply it to the surface.
The structure becomes wear-resistant and waterproof;
Quickly polymerizes. After 24 hours, the roof can be fully used;
A waterproofing layer is applied to a roof of any shape. For this, it is not necessary to additionally measure and cut special material;
The need for a small preparation of the surface. Before applying the substance, thoroughly clean the roof of various contaminants;
Mastic is applied in a liquid state, for this reason there are no seams of the protective layer. After the composition solidifies, the structure becomes durable and moisture-resistant;(//tractor-service.com)
