The base of the well and niches are determined on the computer.
The nominal diameter, the number of inlet holes, the type of lining of the well, the diameter of the inlet and outlet holes, as well as the angles and slopes of the channels are precisely determined. Wall thickness and well height are calculated by the BFS product configurator. A visual model is created with one click of the mouse and the data table is automatically populated with the relevant data, which is then transmitted to the milling center.

The heart of the CAPITAN production line is a state-of-the-art milling center designed specifically to meet these requirements.

Milled niches are assembled in just a few work operations. You can make up to 30 precisely machined channels from rigid expanded polystyrene per shift.

After applying the distribution compound BFS-Casacap, the polystyrene channel hardens under the influence of UV radiation and is ready to be installed in the form.

The channel is precisely positioned and fixed on the core of the mold with the help of a magnetic fastener. The height of the product is adjusted individually, then the form is closed.

The form is ready to be filled with concrete.

Conventional liquid concrete or self-compacting concrete is poured through the BFS concrete feeder. Excellent product quality is achieved when using any type of concrete.
