Our formwork is built for the ages. We combine strong steel with an innovative approach to production, which guarantees you the development of your business.
Wet-cast formwork is a key specialty of the Afinitas team.
For decades, we have been trusted to design formwork for a variety of applications, including:
Formwork of well cones
Formwork for well risers
Formwork of upper, transition and foundation slabs of wells.
Box-type formwork
Formwork with sockets
Battery class ring formwork
Rings for well joints
A traditional form for horizontal pouring with take-off.
This innovative system, designed specifically for the traditional method of horizontal pick casting, offers the ideal solution for creating high quality picks with exceptional efficiency. Our precision design ensures uniformity of flange shapes, ensuring a precise fit when assembling pipes.
Advantage Afinitas
Strong steel construction for strength, durability and performance.
Diameters from 30 to 244 cm.
One-piece conical shape with hinged clamps and leveling pins.
Solid conical inner core
The mold includes two locking pins for fixing the product when removing the core using a jack
Vertical pouring NextGen*
Formation with a bell
Our NextGen molding systems have the same strength as our traditional molds, but are more compact. In addition, they allow you to make vertical pouring, which allows you to use the production space as efficiently as possible.
Advantage Afinitas
The vertical pouring of the NextGen bell-shaped molding system allows for quick and easy installation and removal, ensuring operator safety.
The NextGen bell mold can be easily installed and removed using a bridge crane, unlike traditional inverted bell casting. (Traditional bell molding requires multiple grips with a fork loader and a pile of sand or rubber tires to flip the product upright.)
With the NextGen flare formation you get:
Fewer concrete works
Easier and safer cleaning of the work surface
Compact, universal molding unit, unlike traditional multi-component components.
Rugged steel construction for strength, durability and performance.
Diameters from 30 to 244 cm.
NextGen roll-up gate with swivel clamps and leveling pins.
Solid conical inner core
Hydraulic base with auxiliary jack bar and forklift pockets
Neck lock, loosely attached to the base with bolts.
"NextGen" Vertical Casting vs. Traditional Flare-Ended Horizontal Casting
"Traditional"
Horizontal pouring with a flared end.
Preparation for pouring
Clean and grease the mold.
Clean and anoint the hearts.
Place the frame on the core.
Clean and grease the mandrel for the joints.
Attach the joint frames to the form.
Use the forklift to lift the core and place the frame on the core.
Place the cores/frame in the mold.
Attach the hearts to the form.
Install the mold retaining pins in place.
Dismantling procedure
Squeeze out the hinged core clamps.
Using a 20 ton bottle jack, place the jack on the pusher bracket of the form to push on the solid end of the core and lift the core outward to break the bond between the concrete and the core.
Use a forklift to remove only the inner core.
Remove the fixing pins from the product. 5. Loosen the clamp and remove the formwork from the product.
With the help of a forklift, remove the product from the mold by lifting it vertically upwards.

The product is produced upside down. Roll the product either in a pile of sand or on rubber tires.
Note: The product should be pumped carefully so as NOT to break or split it. All of the above actions require the use of a forklift.
"NextGen"
Vertical pouring with a bell.
Place the mold door in the open position, clean and grease the mold, core and tray.
Using a suspension lift, install the frame around the core.
Clean and lubricate the seam former in use.
Close the mold door and fix the seams of the mold.
Using a hanging lift, install the seam former on the mold or core (groove or tongue).
Note: The customer can fill the form with concrete, filling it as close to the top as possible, and then install the joint former.
Dismantling procedure
Remove the seam former from the product.
Release the hinged form clamps and pull up the flat side door by pressing it against the product's pin or locks. Open the flat door. Remove the pins of the product or open the door locks and open the "round" shaped door.
Step 2
Note: NextGen Flare comes with product mounting pins OR door locks.
Using the customer-supplied cordless drill, connect to the SmartConnect system to jack up the socket pan and the product, lifting it up to "break the bond between the concrete and the core".
Using an overhead crane and a suitable lifting device, connect to the cast inserts to lift the product, remove the product from the core by lifting it vertically upwards.
Place the product vertically.
Introducing SmartJax™*
Revolutionary method of reliable installation of pallets in concrete forms.
Our patented SmartJax™ adjustable support rack has many advantages over existing pallet support systems:
Simply brilliant!
You'll love the speed and convenience of using one device to support and secure your pallet. Rack and magnets - all in one.
Safety - forget about the splits and unreliability of wooden bars, PVC or hollow concrete slabs, which were traditionally used as supports.
Durability Our stand is made of strong welded steel and is designed for a long service life.
Speed - multiple holes in the support tube allow for quick and easy height adjustment with pins.
The main characteristics of the product
Load capacity 3600 kg
30cm overall height adjustable up to 45cm in 1 inch increments making it easy to adjust to your needs
Magnetic base with on/off button weighing 450 kg to attach to the base.
Variable leg heights.
Wireless hydraulic power system for prefabricated rods.
Precast concrete forms with precast rods simplify the removal of the product from the form. However, turning on the hydraulics to retract and retract the rod can be tricky. Usually, a large cart with a power unit, power cables and
hoses has to be brought to the mold.
The hoses must be connected to the hydraulic unit of the mold, the unit itself must be connected to the mains, and after moving the rod, all equipment must be disconnected before the cart can move to the next mold. This process both takes time and wastes time that could be spent working with several forms at the same time.
Introducing SmartConnect™ *
Intelligent bolt-on power unit for hydraulic assembly rods. With SmartConnect™, you get a self-contained hydraulic power unit that mounts directly to the mold. Electric carts and cables are not required. The device is powered by a standard cordless drill that uses the same hydraulics to open and close the core.
Benefits of SmartConnect™
Time savings - less than 10 minutes per form!
— There is no need to move carts through the factory
— No need to connect and disconnect hoses and cables
- No more waiting - you only need a cordless drill to work with the device, which allows you to work with several forms at the same time
— Ultimately, disassembly and setup will be faster
Increased security
— The absence of electrical wires extending throughout the plant reduces the risk of tripping.
— Minimizes the potential risk of electric shock in the presence of water
Saving space
— The absence of a bulky cart means more free space on a site already loaded with equipment.
Flexibility
— Works with Afinitas forms up to 2.1 x 2.1 m and vine forms up to 180 cm in diameter.
— Upgrade existing forms or add to new purchases Afinitas
Fast payback
- SmartConnect is much cheaper than a hydraulic system.
- If you take into account the increase in productivity and the reduction of security risks, the system pays for itself in the shortest possible time.
