Description

MBS-X-65 Ecobit cold-hardening bituminous mastic is a suspension of fillers andmineral additives in a bitumen solution containing other impurities for the purpose.

Requirements for the foundation

The basis can be: old bitumen roofing, concrete and cement screeds, metal structures, various mineral bases. The base must be dry, clean, strong and free from substances that reduce adhesion. During the installation of waterproofing coatings, mineral bases are recommended to be primed with mastic diluted with white spirit, gasoline orgasoline in a ratio of 1:2

Application method

The mastic must be thoroughly mixed before use. The mastic is applied to the insulating surface by pouring with subsequent distribution on the surface with a rubber mop or applied with a fur roller or brush. If necessary, the mastic can be diluted with solvent, gasoline, white spirit. At sub-zero temperatures, the mastic is recommended to be heated to +30 +50 °C.
