VIT-2 hygrometer, hygrometer for measuring humidity VYT-1
It is used to measure relative air humidity and temperature. The method of measuring relative humidity with a psychrometric hygrometer is based on the dependence between air humidity and the psychrometric difference - the difference shown by "dry" and "moist" thermometers that are in thermodynamic equilibrium with the environment.(//tractor-service.com)

Then, based on the readings of the "dry" thermometer and the difference between the readings of the "dry" thermometer and the "moistened" one, determine the relative humidity of the air according to the psychrometric table.
