The STvega Dicer Sweet Dried Fruits H200 machine is used for slicing sweet dried fruits such as
apricots, figs,
dates, dried
strawberries, kiwi, mango in portions of the required size. Depending on the installed knife, you can cut the product into strips or cubes.
Working principle:
The operator places the product intended for slicing on the conveyor belt, which feeds it to the cutting knife. Before the cutting zone, a special roller presses the product to the tape, which allows you to fix it for more accurate and high-quality cutting and prevents it from sticking to the knife. The cutting knife cuts the product into strips or cubes according to the specified dimensions. Next, the cut product is transported by a conveyor belt into a container for finished products or to the next stage of production.
Equipment advantages:
• The conveyor belt is made of food-grade nylon, it is easy to remove, wash and process.
• A special roller in front of the cutting knife presses the product against the tape, thereby fixing it and preventing it from sticking to the knife.
• The size of the shredding can be adjusted by changing the cutting knife and the speed of the conveyor belt.
• Convenient control using waterproof mechanical buttons on the remote tube.
• The base of the machine is made of cast iron, the equipment is durable and reliable in use.
• All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel or other materials that meet food safety standards.
