Promyslova STvega Combo vegetable slicer is a unique machine that cuts a huge range of vegetables and fruits: potatoes, onions, carrots, beets, apples, pears, etc. The machine is ideal for small production, easy to operate.

Note: It is possible to purchase different interchangeable knives with any given parameters in the available range.

The machine performs 4 types of cutting (when changing knives in the machine):
1. In cubes, the size of the cut is 5-20 mm (not recommended for cutting onions, bell peppers,eggplant).
2. With straws, the size of the cut is 2-5 mm (for Korean carrots, beet salads, salads with the addition of celery).
3. With a stick, the size of the cut is 2 - 20 mm (forpotatoes french fries).
4. With a slicer, the size of the cut is 2-20 mm (in particular, with a shaped slice, for slicing cucumbers, carrots, onions, etc.).

Principle of operation:
According to the principle of operation, the machine belongs to disk vegetable slicers with a vertical arrangement of the knifedisc. The product is fed by the operator through the loading chute. The chute is made in the form of a cone, thanks to which the product is self-clamping and falls into the cutting zone of the rotating disk knife, which cuts the product. The size of the output holes on the disc knife and its design governs the size and shape of the output product. The sliced product enters the container for finished products through the exit compartment.
