The STvega Dicer Village Potatoes H6 machine is designed forcutting potatoes and other vegetables and fruits into slices (peasant style). This equipment is perfect for slicing cucumbers, carrots,eggplants,tomatoes, potatoes, apples and other round and oblong shaped vegetables and fruits. In this machine model, the product is cut into 6 parts (lobes).

It is possible to choose a model for slicing a product with a certain diameter and a certain number of particles. The size of the window for passing the product is made according to the client's TK, depending on the type of product.

Note: There are different models of the machine according to the number of particles (can be from 6 to 12) and cutting diameters. They are made according to the customer's TK.

Principle of operation:
For slicing, high-quality disc knives are used, each of which is driven by a separate electric motor with a capacity of 550 W. For slicing, it is necessary to lower the product into the loading hopper through the feed hole. Upon reaching the disc knives, the product is cut into pieces and unloaded, falling into the prepared container.
