Autoclave Troyan-24 Electro (Universal), Kyiv

An electric autoclave greatly simplifies the preparation of various canned foods at home. The line ofTROYAN autoclaves is characterized by a convenient and reliable cover. Unlike older models, where the cover is fixed with 7-8 bolts from above, TROYAN autoclaves are equipped with an internal locking mechanism. At the beginning of work, the cover is fixed with only one nut (lamb) by hand, and then the increasing pressure tightly presses it from the inside to the required level.

The automatic mode of operationautoclave should be noted separately. It is only necessary to set the thermostat to the desired mode according to the recipe, and it will automatically turn on and off the heating when it is needed, without your intervention.

All TROYAN models are made of black steel with a thickness of 3 mm and have a fire-resistant coating. Each autoclave is tested for tightness under a pressure of 8 bar (working pressure – 4 bar).
