Car STvega Meat Dicer H550 is designed for mechanical slicing of meat and meat products in three planes with the output of sliced products of various shapes (cubes or bars) with specified dimensions. It is used for cutting lard, meat, boiled meat, various meat products, sausages, chicken, into cubes or bars of different sizes. This machine is used in such technological processes, where it is necessary to obtain a uniformly cut product with given dimensions.

The recommended temperature of processed raw materials is 0°С + 2°С. The permissible operating temperature range of the product is 0°C + 30°C.

Working principle:
The product intended for slicing is placed in the receiving compartment, after which the operator presses the side pressure handle all the way and the compartment closes. The hydraulic piston automatically starts and feeds the product into the cutting zone. A special cutting mechanism consisting of two mutually perpendicular stainless steel knife frames with fixed knives and a sickle-shaped cutting knife is used for grinding raw materials. The knives on the first frame cut the product horizontally into plates, the knives on the second frame cut the product vertically with slicing into strips, the cutting sickle-shaped knife cuts the product into cubes. Next, the sliced ​​product enters the container for finished products or to the next stage of the technological process.

Note: It is not permissible to cut sinewy meat, meat with bones or deep-frozen raw materials!
