Grinder STvega Dry Grinder H30 is used in the food industry to grind various dry products, such as driedmushrooms, crackers,spices, cereals and other products. The machine is designed for grinding dry (mass fraction of water no more than 10%) and non-oily product.

Principle of operation:
The product intended for grinding is placed in a receiving tray, from which it enters the chamber for grinding. In the working chamber, the product is ground between the rotating hammers and the inner ribbed surface of the chamber. The crushed product passes through a sieve with a certain diameter of holes, which allows you to get a product of a given degree of grinding at the exit, and then through a special sleeve it enters directly into a container for finished products. The dust that is formed during the grinding process falls into a separate dust collector sleeve, thus the dust does not spread in the air.
