Disk harrow BDF-4,0 - designed for pre-sowing processing soil for sowing grain, technical and fodder crops, weed destruction and grinding of crop residues after harvesting crops, as well as leveling and compaction of the soil after disking.
The harrow can be used in soil and climatic conditions with soil moisture up to 27% and hardness up to 3.5 MPa, as well as in fields with a large amount of plant residues.
Discs with a diameter of 560 mm. of imported production, made of BOR, which contains steel, have an increased service life.
The stamp of the manufacturing plant is a guarantee of quality and protection against counterfeiting.
Each disk is installed on an individual stand, which ensures stable operation of the harrow in fields with a large amount of plant residues, excluding clogging of the inter-disk space.
Each row has 15 cutting nodes, the distance between the disk blades is 25 cm.
The design of the unit provides smooth adjustment of the angle of attack of each row of disks from 0 to 30 degrees, which allows you to optimally adjust the harrow for different types of soil.
Individual press oilers are installed on the harrow racks, which preventdust and dirt from getting to the rack mounting sleeve, which eliminates the possibility of jamming during long-term operation.
A special CE066 bearing support is installed on the harrow slide. It is specially designed for heavy disk harrows, rollers and other heavily loaded units operating in adverse weather conditions and soil. Structurally, the support consists of a self-aligning ball bearing CE066 with a unique system of protective seals of increased reliability and a cast body. It has undeniable advantages:
