Noriya zernova Bucket elevator, Kirovohrad region.

Belt conveyor belts are designed for vertical movement ofgrain and its processing products in mills, compound feed plants, elevators, grain drying and grain cleaning complexes, lines granulation, grain receiving points and supply of grain towarehouses and granaries. They are used for work both outdoors and indoors.
Norias are manufactured with a capacity of 25, 50, 100 t/h and a height of up to 40 m.

The height of the noria is formed by a set of head (drive station), shoe (tension station), passage and repair sections. The connection of all nodes of the noria is bolted. Due to the design of the head of the noria, no additional platforms are needed for fastening the drive. All norias are equipped with reverse stop mechanisms.

The belt with buckets is tensioned in the shoe with the help of two tensioning screws. The traction body of the belt noria is a multi-layer rubber belt on which metal or impact-resistant food plastic buckets are installed.

The drive of the head of the noria consists of a motor-reducer of imported production. A gearbox with a hollow output shaft is connected to the drive shaft and transmits rotation to it without a clutch.

Noria is produced in two versions of the coating:
painted with blue powder paint;
galvanized steel.

In addition, norias can be equipped with sensors for jamming, descent and belt speed.
Drive service platforms and vertical ladders with attachment directly to the noria are specially designed and serially produced.
