The principle of operation:
Garlic is loaded into the separator hopper. The head of garlic, getting into the gap between the rotating rubber rollers, is divided into teeth. The pressure of the rollers on the product is regulated, which allows to process a product of different caliber without mechanical damage, providing high performance. Divided Garlic through the output of the exit gets into the container for finished products.
