The STvega DM Mini centrifuge is designed to remove surface moisture from food (salads, choppedvegetables and fruits, rice and other products) using centrifugal force. Principle of operation:
The product is placed by the operator in a perforated basket. After that, the operator closes the lid, sets the product processing time and basket rotation speed on the panel of the remote control unit and starts the dehydration process. The basket begins to rotate, under the action of centrifugal force, moisture is separated from the product, passes through the holes of the perforated basket and is discharged into the prepared container through the drain pipe. After the machine is finished, the operator opens the lid and takes out the dried product.
