The principle of operation of belt horizontal and screw vertical mixers.

Ribbon horizontal mixers.

Loading of components: Raw materials are fed into a horizontal drum through a loading hole.

Mixing: Belt elements rotate inside the drum, mixing the product in two directions - lengthwise and crosswise, ensuring uniform mixing.

Unloading: The finished product is unloaded through the bottom hole or screw conveyor.

Screw vertical mixers.

Component loading: Components are fed into the vertical housing through the top loading hole.

Mixing: The screw mechanism mixes the components by lifting them up a spiral, creating a circulating flow for even mixing.

Unloading: The finished product is unloaded through the lower unloading hole.
