A cut and prepared piece ofpork is placed skin side down on the conveyor belt by the operator. The conveyor belt feeds the product onto the corrugated shafts, the upper roller presses the product, the lower shaft thanks to the corrugated structure firmly grabs the product and pushes it forward, at this time the cutting knife cuts the skin from the meat. The cut skin goes into the container for waste, and the meat on the conveyor goes into the container for finished products.
For semi-automatic models H300, H435, H500 and H620
There is no conveyor, the operator places the cut and prepared piece of pork skin side down, presses it down and manually passes the product through the rotating shaft and the cutting knife along the working surface of the machine.
