Nuances of our work:

Work from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays. The programmer solves the tasks with the project manager (if desired, asks the client directly). Communication is mostly through Viber, less often through other messengers — Skype/Telegram.
Employment on Sat and Sun is negotiated separately. For us, it is optimal for both you and the client to be comfortable.
The work involves working from 2 hours/day, at least 40 hours/month. and more (a smaller amount of time will not be beneficial to us or you).
Before starting each task, it is necessary to estimate how much time it will take to complete it.
Our company has a special time accounting system for fixing tasks.
After completing each task, the customer confirms that it has been completed. Force majeure cases are determined individually.
Rude treatment of the client is not allowed. We understand that clients are different, but first of all we need to do the task we set out to do and get paid for it.

Updating and adjusting configurations of various types
Development and use of atypical configurations
Consulting users on the use of standard solutions based on 1C / BAS
