The main design advantages of "Agro Star" grain dryers:
The flow principle of operation ensures economical fuel consumption.
The optimal ratio of the thickness of the grain layer to the amount of air supplied to the dryer chamber ensures high speed and uniformity of drying.
The grain passes through the dryer only once and does not need to be moved again from top to bottom (unlike bunker or mine dryers), which significantly reduces its injury.
Thanks to precise temperature control, seed, soybean, rape and sunflower are perfectly dried.
Grain dryers are made of European galvanized steel, and the sieve is made of stainless steel, which provides long-term protection against corrosion.(//tractor-service.com)
The universal perforation of the sieves allows you to dry any culture.
A small-sized mobile structure does not require the construction of capital foundations and the coordination of construction works.
Easily mounted and dismantled, do not require special complex foundations.
The design of grain dryers allows you to easily and quickly increase their productivity by increasing the height or length.
They can very easily "fit" into the existing technological schemes of complexes withgrain cleaning.
The use of low-flame octagonal burners in combination with automatic maintenance of the set temperature ensure a stable air temperature in the chamber and efficient gas combustion.
The reliable operation of the gas main is ensured by the use of high-quality electromagnetic valves and valves of Italian production.
The built-in vaporizer of the liquid phase of propane-butane allows you to heat the liquefied gas to the required temperature without using additional electric heaters-vaporizers.
The use of axial fans manufactured by "Multi-Wing" (Denmark) reduces the load on electric motors and ensures a stable supply of heated air to the camera.
The durability of the screws with significant drying volumes is achieved due to the use of turns made of abrasion-resistant steel.
The use of European pulleys and bearings ensures the high-quality operation of the drive units of the dryer.
Electronic components from Schneider Electric and Siemens (Germany) are responsible for the trouble-free operation of the electrical part of the grain dryer, and the high-tech safety system minimizes the human factor in the operation of the equipment.
The modern control panel allows you to remotely enter and monitor operating parameters such as: air temperature in the dryer chamber, grain temperature, burner operation parameters, operation of loading and unloading systems, security system messages.

If necessary, grain dryers are equipped with:
liquefied gas (propane-butane) storage containers;
grain cleaning equipment;
grain transport equipment (noria, conveyors);
grain coolers.
