Restore a plunger pair, Rivne region.

Recovery of plunger steam by gas plasma spraying

The resulting coating allows the restoration of parts with varying degrees of damage, including equipment that is subjected to high stress during operation. Spraying has a high density and corrosion resistance of the surface, which will ensure the long-term operation of restored spare parts. After the plunger pair restoration procedure, the hardness indicators (layer of the applied wear-resistant coating) are as close as possible to the original, plus the geometric dimensions and initial structure of the material are preserved.
