Morphological features:

The rosette of leaves is semi-spreading, 50-60 leaves form on one plant. The leaf plate is medium, continuous, moderately corrugated. The index of the leaf plate is no more than 2.8-3.

The root system is rod-shaped, penetrates to a depth of 2-2.5 m and branches out to a width of 1-1.2 m.

The rhizome (the upper part of the root system) is cylindrical-conical in shape, large, completely buried in the soil.

It has a relatively smooth surface, so it sticks much less with soil during harvesting. The neck of the root is high. Ideal for mechanized harvesting.

The fruit is a one-seeded nut, does not form nodules. Seeds are monocotyledonous, brown-chestnut in color.
