NBM 6036 VIBRATORY PRESSING MACHINE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PAVEMENT TILES, CURB AND BLOCKS.

These are machines working with a hydraulic system in the pressure range of 120-200 bar. Produces 18 pieces of standard briquettes 20*40*20 cm and 42 pieces of paving stones. Production requires working pallets on legs.

Concrete pressed in forms is pressed on pallets.
Products made in the same way are left to dry on work pallets.

The total required power of the transformer or generator. for installation in fully automatic systems, the power should be 250 kVA.
The installed capacity is 160 kW.

General information about the production area.

It is recommended to install an enclosed area of at least 1000 m2 for the machine, empty pallets and fresh produce drying area to protect against bad weather conditions. The buyer is preparing the concrete infrastructure of the site where the plant will be installed.

The quality of the concrete and the loads it will bear, namely the static calculation and strength of the reinforced concrete structure, must be carefully calculated and prepared by civil engineers.

It is necessary to have a water installation, a compressed air compressor and a mixer installation at the factory.
