Quality
grain. Weight of 1000 grains 47.0–48.8 g. Nature of grain 745–801 g/l, glassiness 92%, gluten content up to 29%, protein - about 14%. Valuable wheat.
Approbation signs. A variety of erythrospermum. Medium-sized (up to 97 cm). The ear is pyramidal, long (10–12 cm), loose (17–18 ears per 10 cm of the length of the rod). The spikes are 9–10 cm long, rough, strongly serrated, slightly bent, diverging at an angle of 45° along the entire length of the ear. Spikelet scales are medium, lanceolate, with medium nerves. The tooth is very short, slightly bent. The shoulder is rounded, narrow. The keel is narrow, moderately toothed. The grain is elongated, medium, the groove is medium, narrow.
Agrotechnical requirements. A variety of intensive type. Medium-demanding to growing conditions. Sowing time is early. The sowing rate is 5.5–6.0 million similar grains per hectare. The best predecessors are timely harvested
corn, sugar beet, potatoes. Pre-sowing soil cultivation includes furrow plowing, on clean areas it is possible to cultivate with disc, chisel or flat-cutting tools. Sow calibrated, poisoned seeds of high reproduction to a depth of 3–5 cm, followed by rolling the seed. It requires, responds well to and withstands high levels of mineral nutrition, forming high yields on them. If necessary
herbicides are recommended. To obtain high-quality grain against the background of high mineral nutrition, top dressing (N30 kg/ha d.r.y.) at the end of tillering and again during the earing phase is mandatory.
In recent years, the yield of the variety in the fields of the "Peremoga" STOV amounted to 69.6 t/ha.
