At the point of reception of glass containers, I noticed an advertisement:
"V.V. Putin by his decree forbade beer factories to accept empty dishes from the public. Our point is closed, and you try to give your bottles to someone else." I believe that this is an even bigger blow to the country than Gorbachev's dry law. Because not letting a person drink can be a good thing, but not letting him get drunk is sadism.
