The principle of operation:

= berry (product) is fed into the main receiving hopper, from where by the regulated vibration-dinner is fed to the moving inspection transporter. On the inspection conveyor, workers manually select a product that does not correspond to the required color, a product with defects, a product that has lost freshness, a product that does not correspond to the category of quality accepted. Further, from the inspection conveyor, the product enters a conveyor equipped with a metal mesh, where the free passage between the grid is pre -spoken with the customer. During the passage of the product with a metal mesh, amniotic fluid, garbage impurities, leaves crumble from the product. This conveyor supplies the product into a calibration machine, into a perforated tape, where the product is divided into size (caliber). The product of the corresponding cell size collapses through the cells of the tape and enters the conveyor, the eruption product from the calibration machine. The product is larger than the cell size smoothly to the following perforated tape with the cells specified in size, where its subsequent division into fractions occurs. In total, one to three perforated tapes with a set cell can be installed in the machine. The size of the cells on the tape and the number of perforated tapes in the calibration machine is predetermined with the customer. After separation of the product by size, the product is removed from the calibration machine by means of the removal conveyors and is fed to the electron-weight dispensers, where the product is packed into prepared containers (packaging blister). The dispensers operate in the weight range from 200g to 1000g, the operator on the electronic device selects the dosed weight and the dose mass is maintained automatically. The pre -prepared packaging is installed in the cells of the cassette conveyor or rotating table with cells under the container, according to the customer's advantage. Then the packaged product goes to the label.
