Sunflower harvester CCS-8
Harvesterfor harvesting sunflowers CCS-8M (sunflower harvester, sunflower harvester)
Reapers for cleaningsunflower seeds CCD-8M have a number of advantages:

- high productivity: stems in the channels of the device are fed without tilting towards its longitudinal axis. As a result, it becomes possible to operate the unit at higher speeds, which ensures an increase in its productivity;

high reliability of the design: high reliability of the design is achieved by the absence of longitudinal conveyors for feeding the cut sunflower baskets to the transverse auger;

minimization of losses: the original design of the cutting device ensures a smooth and unstressed cut of the stems, which significantly reduces grain losses. The disk knives also have special grips for smoothly transferring the cut baskets to the auger of the harvester. There are special containers for collecting seeds in the hoods of the channels, and chain conveyors are installed in the working channels of the channels, the speed of which is comparable to the working speed of the harvester. The reduction of seed losses is also facilitated by the design with height adjustment of the collection of fallen baskets. Reflective screens installed on the frontal shield prevent stems from hanging on the shield when harvesting high-stemmed sunflowers.

Advantage of the harvester:
