Characteristics of edible rock salt
Non-iodized rock salt 0-2 mm produced in Romania.
The storage period is not limited, provided that the storage conditions are observed: store in a dry place in accordance with the rules of food storage. The packaged product should be stored in a dry place, protected from light and heat, at a maximum temperature of 25 ° C and at a relative humidity of no more than 70%.

Appearance: uniform, without agglomerations, loose.
Foreign bodies: not allowed
Color: white with a gray tint.
Taste and smell: salty, without smell and other taste both in solid state and in solution.
