Grain seeder universal Planter 4.0-V (СЗ-4) – developed for sowing grain seeds (wheat, rye, barley, oats), leguminous crops (peas, beans, soybeans, lentils, beans, plantains, chickpeas, lupins), small-seeded crops (alfalfa, rapeseed, millet, clover) with simultaneous application of mineral fertilizers.
The discs of the coulter are made of 3 mm thick borated steel, after the appropriate heat treatment it significantly increases the endurance and increases the service life of the seeder. The coulter ensures the cutting of the harvest residues and the deepening of the disks to the specified depth, which significantly improves the uniformity of the seedlings. The seed drill is equipped with tubular construction coulter guides, which ensure pairwise positioning of the coulters in longitudinal and horizontal position. The coulter mounting rods are made of rolled metal of a round (harder) section with hinged joints for regulating the pressure on the ground and hinged joints, which ensures their reliability.
