Forage granulator, Dnipropetrovsk region.

The fodder granulator is designed for the production of balanced fodder mixtures forpigs, fish, birds, cattle.
Granulation of fodder makes it possible to increase the efficiency of feeding animals and birds.
Feeds that have undergone granulation retain all nutrients and necessary vitamins, do not clump together, are convenient for transportation and mechanized distribution., що пройшли гранулювання зберігають усі поживні речовини та необхідні вітаміни, не злежуються, зручні для транспортування та механізованої роздачі.
The granulator allows you to produce balanced feed and feed mixtures for pigs, fish, birds, cattle, as well as process seed husks, wood sawdust, etc.
Processing of raw materials occurs due to increased pressing and pressing of the mass through a special matrix with holes.
If necessary, the matrix can be quickly and easily replaced by another one for pressing granules of a larger or smaller diameter.
The length of the pellets is also regulated by the pellet cutter.
The length of the granules can be adjusted with knives located under the matrix.
A dispenser is installed in the storage hopper, which regulates the supply of raw materials.
All matrices are removable and interchangeable.
We produce matrices from high-quality steel with hole diameters from 2 to 8 mm.(//tractor-service.com)
The matrix (spindle) and rollers are made of 20X steel with subsequent cementation in a thermal furnace. The hardness of the surface layer of the metal, as well as the walls of the hole, is HRC 62, which ensures wear resistance.
The granulator is equipped with a thermal relay, which allows you to automatically stop the equipment in a critical situation.
