The modular universal 3-body plow with a disc knife and plowshares is the smallest and lightest mounted plow we have made.
During operation, the knife cuts the soil, rhizomes and facilitates the cutting of the soil layer by the plow body, as a rule, it is installed in front of the last body, which ensures a smooth wall and a clean bottom of the furrow after the passage of the plow.
Flexible adjustment of the knife height, movement along the frame and change of the cutting angle will allow to achieve the best results in processing.
The front plow, in turn, is designed for cutting, turning over and moving to the bottom of the furrow a small scythe with a thickness of 8-12 cm and a width of 2/3 of the grip width of the plow body. The placement of the front plow takes into account the geometric properties of the plow and the body, this prompts its adjustment process, you only have to choose the required processing depth.
By using one-piece drawn square tube for the frame and high-strength grades of steel for the body parts, which have undergone a full cycle of heat treatment, we achieve a significant increase in the safety margin and shelf life of the plow.
