The SAD-7 separator has been widely used both on large elevators and in small farms that grow commercial grain. The uniqueness of this equipment is high-precision calibration of grain by specific gravity, homogeneity of seeds during separation of ± 3%, which makes it possible to isolate grain with high gluten content and high protein content. The qualitative indicators of separation are higher than on separators and calibration machines known to date.

Cleaning and calibration:
The SAD-7 separator cleans and calibrates all known types of seeds, namely: Wheat, Barley, Oats, Millet,Sunflower,Corn, Peas, Mustard, Rice, Soya, Sorghum, Vetch, Lupine, Caraway, Flax, Rapeseed, Buckwheat, Grass seeds,Vegetable seeds, Melon seeds, Bean seeds and so on.

Also, the separator is able to clean and calibrate all known loose materials with a diameter of up to 15 mm, experiments were carried out on such materials as: Crushed stone, Granite crumb, Pebble, Marble crumb, Abrasive material, Zeolite, Rock waste and so on.
