During the restoration, all parts undergo mechanical processing and heat treatment, which ultimately allows the hydraulic machine to achieve the parameters set for it during design.

The main causes of breakdowns of hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors
1. Maintenance is not carried out on time. The hydraulic pump is always exposed to high loads and is quite vulnerable to changes in the characteristics of its operating environment. Timely inspection and replacement of consumables (filters) and oils is a guarantee of long and effective work.
2. Violation of operating rules. For example, operation on overloads, non-observance of continuous operation time, improper connection and adjustment, improper commissioning. All these reasons account for 70% of all breakdowns.
Breakdowns can be general or specific (related to a specific model). This is due to the presence of different types of devices.
