The genus Dandelion includes about 70 large or collective species and over 1,000 small species. A perennial herbaceous weedy plant, up to 50 cm tall. Roots collected in autumn (in August - September) and dandelion roots are used as raw materials. Dandelion roots are carefully cleaned from the remains of leaves, lateral roots, the tip of the root and from the root collar, washed in cold water. After that, the roots are soaked for several days and dried in well-ventilated rooms or in dryers at a temperature of 40-50ºС.одуванчика с травой, собираемые весной в начале цветения (с розеткой листьев и бутонами).
