Modular mobile grain dryer 5 tons per hour, Kirovohrad region.

We offer small-sized grain dryers for batch or continuous (continuous) drying of grain of various food, seed, forage crops of any degree of moisture.

The main constructiveadvantages of grain dryers "Agro Star".
The bodygrain dryer is made of imported galvanized steel 275 g/m2, which provides long-term protection against corrosion.
The universal form of perforation of the stainless steel grates allows drying of any crop (including rape) without changing the grates and losing productivity.
The optimal ratio of the thickness of the grain layer to the amount of air supplied to the dryer chamber ensures high speed and uniformity of drying. The grain passes through the dryer once and does not need to be moved again from top to bottom (unlike bunker or mine dryers), which significantly reduces its injury.
The small-sized mobile design makes it easy to transport the grain dryer and does not require the construction of capital foundations and the coordination of construction works.
Low consumption of electrical energy (18.5 KW) makes it possible to dry grain in any small farm.
The use of low-flame octagonal burners in combination with automatic maintenance of the set temperature ensure a stable air temperature in the chamber and efficient burning of liquefied gas (propane-butane).
The reliable and safe operation of the gas pipeline is ensured by the use of high-quality electromagnetic valves and valves of Italian production.
The built-in vaporizer of the propane-butane liquid phase allows you to heat the liquefied gas to the required temperature without using additional electric heaters-vaporizers.
The use of axial fans produced by "Multi-Wing" (Denmark) reduces the load on the electric motors and ensures a stable supply of air to the camera.
The grain dryer can work from an ALTERNATIVE FUEL HEAT GENERATOR. (supplied separately)
The use of European pulleys and bearings ensures trouble-free operation of the drive units of the dryer.
Electronic components from Schneider Electric and Siemens (Germany) are responsible for the trouble-free operation of the electrical part of the grain dryer, and the high-tech safety system minimizes the human factor in the operation of the equipment.
The control cabinet allows you to enter and monitor operating parameters such as: air temperature in the dryer chamber, grain temperature, burner operation parameters, operation of loading and unloading systems, security system messages.
The design of the grain dryer allows you to easily increase its productivity by increasing it both in length and height, and the compact overall dimensions allow you to easily supplement the already existing technological line of any grain cleaning complex.

Productivity depends on incoming moisture and drying method:
for example, when the moisture ofcorn is reduced by 5% in batch mode - the time for heating and cooling the grain takes up to 45 minutes on average, therefore, provided that the time of loading and unloading the dryer with grain will be 45 minutes.
we have 5 tons in 1.5 hours!
In the case of drying in the current (continuous) mode and external cooling of grain in ventilated bunkers, the productivity is 5 tons per hour or 100-120 tons per day!

The guarantee for the grain dryer is 24 months.
Commissioning and adjustment works and staff training are included in the price.
24/7 technical support.
