Dosimeter for smartphone FTLAB Smart Geiger FSG-001, Geiger counter, Kyiv

Portable radiation dosimeter for smartphone FTLAB Smart Geiger FSG-001 is designed to check radiation levels in your home, places where you rest and work, as well as building materials, food, metal products, etc. The dosimeter will allow you to quickly and accurately measure the level of radiation using a smartphone.

The Smart Geiger smartphone dosimeter is designed to measure radiation without using expensive equipment. This miniature device, measuring only 1x5 cm, plugs into the headphone jack of your smartphone and measures radiation with sufficient accuracy for household purposes.

The dosimeter attached to the smartphone is a semiconductor sensor that is tuned for gamma and X-ray radiation, which is connected to the smartphone directly through the headphone jack. The measuring range of the device is from 0.1 to 200 μSvh with an error of no more than 30%, which is a very good indicator for this class of devices. Please note that this sensor measures radiation from objects and materials, not the general radiation background.

The dosimeter is compatible with smartphones running on IOS and Android. To display information on the gadget screen, you need to download and install the Smart Geiger program from the App StoreGoogle Play. The program displays the measurement indicators graphically and digitally. In it, you can also take a snapshot of the measurements and view the measurement history. The dosimeter receives power for operation directly from a smartphone.
